What is Inositol?
Inositol is a naturally occurring compound in the body with similarities to the B group vitamins. It is associated with important biological processes such as nervous system health, cell membrane integrity, lipid metabolism and insulin signaling. In some scientific studies, inositol has been examined in processes associated with conditions such as PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), anxiety, depression, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome.
Inositol in Serum Applications
Inositol can be considered as a supportive ingredient in IV (intravenous) serum protocols. When administered intravenously, there are no absorption losses associated with the digestive system and this may provide an advantage in terms of bioavailability.
For whom can it be evaluated?
Inositol-containing serum applications can only be planned after medical evaluation. It may be considered as a supportive approach in the following situations:
– Possibility of support for individuals with mental fatigue and difficulty focusing
– Individuals who want to support metabolic processes
– Possibility of micronutrient deficiency in individuals with an unbalanced diet
– Post-assessment of processes associated with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
– In planning to support insulin resistance and blood sugar balance
Implementation Process and Plan
– Session Duration: Approximately 30-45 minutes
– Session Interval: 7-10 days
– Total Sessions: 3 to 6 sessions, depending on the individual
– Place of Application: In a clinical setting, under doctor control
Before the application, a personalized plan is created by taking into account the general health status, laboratory values and medical history of the individual.
